During this time you may confidentially report incidents and/or issues you are struggling with. The committee may be able to offer suggestions to you at that time as to how best to proceed. The committee may also offer ways that we will be able to assist
The committee is always looking for suggestions for our events. We also encourage the staff to voice both concerns and solutions for improvements that need to be made in our physical workspace. By listening to the collective wisdom of the staff, both those who know the systems from years of working within the university to those with creative ideas from seeing things with new eyes, we seek to improve our work environment.
