  1. If you were an ice cream flavor, what would you be?
Honey lavender with dark chocolate at the bottom of a waffle cone.
  2. If you were a YouTube star, what would you be famous for (i.e. cooking, makeup, comedy, crafting etc)?
Traveling the world, eating exotic food, and going on adventures OR a show similar to Impractical Jokers.
  3. What is the strangest thing you have ever eaten?
Fertilized duck egg. Cooked, not raw.
  4. What is something you would like to learn or do in your life?
I’d like to live in Paris, France, climb Mount Kilimanjaro, go on an Alaskan cruise, and so much more! My bucket list is very long.
  5. Choosing anyone in the world, who would you like to have as a dinner guest and why?
An ancestor. I’d like to learn about my lineage.

I’m an American, born in Okinawa, Japan from immigrant parents. Growing up we traveled the world with the U.S. military. Among my travels, we passed through South Bend, and on a chance re-visit, I set some roots here. I still love to travel, take trips to the beach, hike, and camp. I married a South Bend native, who is a huge ND fan. We are raising two children, a dog, a cat, and a bunny. We do a decent job with the kids, but the animals think they’re in charge.
