  1. If you were an ice cream flavor, what would you be?
Cherry nut (made at Tetzner's Dairy in Washburn, WI).

  2. If you were a YouTube star, what would you be famous for?
Probably something about gardening, knitting, or Trello.

  3. What is the strangest thing you have ever eaten?
Not an adventurous eater so probably moose or bear.

  4. What is something you would like to learn or do in your life?
I'm looking to travel more. I went to Iceland in 2022 and loved it. I can't wait to go back.

  5. Choosing anyone in the world, who would you like to have as a dinner guest and why?
Probably one of my favorite authors (though there too many to choose from).

I graduated from Northland College - a small, liberal arts college in Ashland, Wisconsin -  with a B.A. in Sustainable Community Development and minors in Business & Environmental Studies. After graduating I followed my now husband across the country to Moscow, Idaho. After a short time, at a local food cooperative, I joined the University of Idaho’s Registrar’s Office as a Scheduling Coordinator. In 2017, I moved across the country once again and started working at the University of Notre Dame in the Department of Political Science.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog (Melville), sending postcards around the world (ask me about Postcrossing sometime), gardening, crafting (knitting, cross-stitching, digital design), baking, watching ski races, going to hockey games, and spending the day on Lake Michigan.
